      Pros

      Location was not far from home.

      Cons

      Really no management. No one to address H.R. questions and problems. The Government people we worked with were so incompetent, that they could't even run their own program, and would blame everything on us. Benefits were very expensive and coverage was terrible. Off location boss making decisions without knowing the facility, operation, and employees.

      Nice, easy to access location.

      Cons

      Human Resources doesn't respond, or even return calls. Expensive benefits. Extremely poor management. They take Government money that is supposed to be for insurance, if you don't take theirs and charge you for most of it.
