We can take leave 2 or 3 days that's it . Only the Brand name "HCL".We can say i am in HCL .no other benefits and Prons

No relaxation , No timings ,MNC but Want to work on Sundays . Very Very less salary, Some own employees having 3 year bond also ,travelling allowance also very very less only 2 rs per km. and we want to travel every day . I am simply wasted my one year here.Noting learned from any one

Good exposure in terms of projects, long term onsite travel, good and qualified manager, team development, resource management group functions well, constant salary increment

Cons

low salary at the start, too much hierarchy in the organization, one project exposure for too long
