Brand value is still alive in SME, Govt. Salary will be credited on very last day of the month Perform and be flexible you can be there for ever

Cons

Now they are losing resources and market slowly, not in their old glory No retention policy at all talents will not recognised, utilized rather over burdened they are at par with industry in pay
