Pros

Amazing place to work in most aspects. There are good benefits, relationships with regional managers are generally great, and having the opportunity to work alongside big corporations feels rewarding. Free certifications are great and leadership loves to hear people are enjoying them.

Cons

HCL Tech offers a lot to its employees and I really appreciate it. I can hardly think of something that bothers me work-wise. But speaking career-wise, I feel left behind many times. I feel like there's little room to grow and opportunities within the company can be limited. They have 3 different portals for internal jobs/referrals but it's very outdated and HR never answers about the ones on LinkedIn. It's an amazing company to stick around and enjoy the great work culture but for someone who is more ambitious bear in mind, you might want to move on rather quickly.
