      HCL is nothing more than a brand name that's it. It hires employees in bulk.Hiring is done every week.Creche facility is good,gym at few campuses is good.

      Cons

      No monitory growth.People leave it after almost an year.Poor Transport.No medical emergency facility.It is not a company for beginers.
