      Pros

      It is an MNC company with Indian policies. Job is very secure. Only if you get a a chance to get into one of the few good projects

      Cons

      Management is no supportive, Internal politics, No transparency, Management and HR is not at all accessible for any concerns and will try to put you down using all the possible cheap tactics and politics. No proper medical insurance support and not accessible for any concern for a long time. Worst Health insurance support. You will never get a proper resolution if you are raising any service ticket So if you are facing some issue in the company, better used to it instead trying to reach HR/Management.
