Hybrid model - (3 days per week E0-E3) (atleast 12 days in month E4+) Learning Opportunities - percipio, mentor me free professional exam vouchers Onsite opportunity - depends on team to team and minimum 4-5 yrs of career experience Cabs - cabs provided for employees within 35 km range. For general shifts 8:30-6 9:30-7 cabs may not provided. Health care - own healthcare For medical urgencies Work culture - HCLTECH clubs arrange events every month to refresh employees energy

Cons

Ctc growth - Average per year ( may be zero for 1/3 employees) Promotion - for freshers it may take upto 6-9 yrs to reach from E1.1 to E2.3 Working hours - 9 (can be reduced as many employees major work completed in appx 4 hours) EPB payout - monthly epb payout deduction even at quarterly good rating (like 90% at 9.75 score)
