There is no basic humanity or empathy for the so called 'senior leadership' team while handling their subordinates. It is interesting to note that less knowledgable/competitive people have been continuing as long timers in HCL. Only reason could be they worship the leaders. If you question or challenge their ideas, then you will be in their bad books and they look for an opportunity to victimize and move you out. It is unfortunate that I undergone that experience. Diversity is just for sake of outside world to show off. In reality, they don't care. It is a sad truth. Internal processes are inefficient.

If you want to waste your professional time and gain no experience this is the place for you. Worked with them for over a year in a half and never once got real experience was just doing internal projects that served more as "trainings". You actually can not move around and explore different careers paths within the company even though they say you can. No raise or bonus like mentioned in the offer letter even after a good yearly review. Nobody around the company can ever give you a right answer when it comes to policies even your own RM. Unless you are a certain race which is obvious in the upper management good luck moving up. PLEASE unless this is your only offer search else where.
