      We got to keep our salary and benefits for a time after being outsourced to HCL

      Cons

      Terrible communication. Terrible direction. They don't care about employees they are assuming from a customer company to continue to run the business. Their systems for employees are setup poorly and don't work half the time. There is NO ORG CHART given to employees for help and something isn't working. They reported I never worked for them (did so for 18 months) to unemployment which delayed my benefits 4 months after being laid off. Those are just to highlights.

      Easy money. Free paycheck. I cant think of any.

      Cons

      Low pay 0 star management Makes promises but cant deliver Many reimbursement issues They hire you as developer but only offers testing positions. Requires multiple relocation with 2 days notice. Constant Miscommunication. Ghosting all the time.
