Everything, and I mean that. Apparently unless I sugar coat the truth, I can’t state what actually goes on at the company via another job search engine, so I truly hope this gets posted because this place needs to be ousted for the terrible company they are. At least, at the highlands ranch location... This place is full of nepotism, favoritism, unsafe work environments, racism, ageism and just a poor culture. Ive watched the revolving door happen and finally figured out why they foster that revolving door. Once someone they don’t like gets ousted, they give the loans that person brought to closing to the people that they hand picked. HR is non existent until you go over their head, then they bully you. I was told when I wanted to get tested for COVID that I was faking it just so I didn’t have to work in the office. An office, that’s being torn up from the inside out and you have to walk through wires hanging down, banging on the floor above you to where particles fall on your desk, and a gas leak that happened recently and they didn’t bother to call the fire department or Hazmat, they just figured we were safe and ushered us back in the office. When you speak up, they make your job impossible to succeed at, and if you make goal and you aren’t their favorite, they make you feel like you’re just a machine. The micromanagement is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. They have zero care about you as a person and they hire anyone off the street. They say the benefits are good, but you wouldn’t know a thing because they never tell you what you get, and it is actually not good at all when you end up using it. The training is horrifying at best. The secret love affairs between managers there is also fun. You get to watch that all day, as if we didn’t know what’s going on. These people are vile and disgusting and I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy.
