      Pros

      None. Oh they talk a good game. Holler all about how their an "employee first" company, but they are an all about the profits first and will let an entire division die because they havent a clue as to what their doing type of company.

      Cons

      Poor raises. Lack of meaningful knowledge in anything regarding automotive engineering. Ethnicity based hiring. Working towards off shoring any and all work possible to India, without the experienced people to do the work, all for the money grab. Lost over 300 American based employees in less than two years and let division die. Worst healthcare benefits I have ever had.

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, vacation (may depends on which client of HCL you're working for) Co-workers and reporting managers are very nice, my rm actually goes above and beyond to get things right for me. We've had phone calls and he really shows that he cares for his employees' needs even though I still haven't got a chance to meet him yet. I have no complaint in this department.

      bad communication, terrible internal system... Very, very had to explain this so I won't, but once things are fixed, things goes well.

      Way too many to name 1. Pay is monthly 2. Your contracted through several different temporary agencies that are all overseas 3. They care nothing about their employees 4. You get paid once a month, after the 5th day did I mention that? 5. No real support from the agency as they tell you to talk to the agency that your hired through 6. No job security your just a role that can be refilled
