      They pay you on time

      Cons

      -No real sense of helping their employees improve -Training for new joiners that does not match whatsoever the cases that are handled -No feedback provided, which does not let you know what areas to improve on -Overworked staff expected to constantly adapt to new systems and procedures due to the project leaders not knowing what they want -A manager and team lead that are not transparent in the slightest to their employees and basically treat them as numbers, never providing them with proper feedback nor 1 to 1s -A team lead who gives feedback to tasks that not even he know how to do -Nonexistent salary raises for people working there for a long period of time

      Good for max 1-2 years for starters in IT but not for long run (Kraków)

      Good for start in IT Lots of projects and basic tech to learn (mostly service desk work) Easier to advance as manager role (team lead for example) as for L2/L3 work (Kraków based)

      Cons

      Low pay rise (if even) Grind culture Most L2 and above Teams are in India, not good if you want to have more technical job English, even as foreign language in Poland, is treated as national therefore start salary is not high for those who know only Polish and English. Kraków has mostly service desk jobs (HCL Software is different company) Annual compensation is not matched with effort put to work Limited seniority advancement ruling (set of number of employees that can advance for senior role, even if there are many who deserve it)
