      They are providing oppurtunities to freshers from different colleges of india and hiring them on a large scale time to time when needed.

      Cons

      The company is good to work with but the work allocation should be made here according to the talent and knowledge of the candidate.

      Pros

      HCL America has good clientage, I joined as a fresher and learnt a lot. Had a good exposure working with Onsite Client Program managers.

      Cons

      After spending few years in HCL America realised that salaries paid to employees who are with organization for 4-5 years are getting less than market standards.
