Pros

100% remote I have worked from home, never been to the office.

Cons

Managers and high ups are disorganized. Communication is bad. I applied as a software developer, trained as a Java full stack developer, but I did not get the actual experience with a real client. My role suddenly shifted to Application Support Analyst where I troubleshoot issues by digging into logs, no coding used at all. My reporting manager constantly lying about there will be developer opportunity, but it never happened after I got laid off. In short, I feel like I didn't grow professionally at all.
