Good "out of college" job, but nothing else.

Cons
Indian based company. Many of the company rules or the way the company is ran is based off of how an Indian company is ran. HR is non existent. Forget moving up in company unless your Indian. Transactions in company take months. Refer a friend bonus on paper exist, but in reality you will never get paid. I referred 3 people, and out of the year I was there never saw a dime. Its not uncommon for you to not receive your normal pay. There is an employees first motto, but out of the year I was there I never saw that once. While working there the attitude of everyone even the bosses, was continue to work until we can find something better. I know of 2 people in the company who actually moved up from Tier 1 to something hire, and they were before I was hired. When an HCL Tech Tier 2 job would open up in the US. I would be quickly filled by a person in India to cut down cost. Chances for advancement were slim to none. Not to mention the mediocre pay. The turn around rate for employees there is unbelievable. In the year that I was there no one who was hired with me still worked in HCL. Over all the company is new here in America. They have a lot of growing to do. I'm sure they can turn that around, but currently in my opinion it is a terrible company, unless your Indian.
