- Limited cultural diversity; some people can grow accustom to working at an Indiana company, some struggle with it. - HORRIBLE PTO unless you are upper management - 10 days in the US, and that includes both vacation and sick time. - Reimbursements for anything company-related take FOREVER; most internal processes are multiple steps and very slow due to multiple levels of approval. - Company does not provide company credit cards, so you have to put everything on your own card or request an advance of money, which is also a hassle. Makes no sense at all company this size. - Company blocks websites at random times. At one point, you’ll have access and the next, you don’t - without any warning. You may need it, and it’s urgent, but you have to wait days to get access to it, after submitting a request for access. Company is boomer-heavy. You HAVE to advocate for work/life balance & be very firm about it. You HAVE to communicate with your manager if your workload is too high. Stand for yourself and be clear.
