      Its good learning and training opportunity

      Cons

      No pay increments for the last 4-5 years. Pay increments are announced in press conferences but not given to employees. Makes employees wonder how this company is receiving the most Ethical company award.

      Pros

      For the first two weeks I did nothing, so if you have a book you want to read or a show you want to watch, you can do it during work hours.

      Cons

      I don't even know how to explain this, but basically, I wasn't taught how to do my job but the expectation was that I was to know how to use their outdated systems immediately. I worked in a remote building by myself, i didn't receive a computer until two weeks into my job, I couldn't log in and IT didn't know how to help me. When I reached out to the management about what I should be doing, I couldn't get a response or a phone call back. The only HR contact I had was the recruiter. If I could give it -10 stars I would.
