      Pays you well when you are hired

      Cons

      Just when you are hired! No yearly hikes/bonuses. Poor HR management.Lack of proper teams. I was harassed by my Manager and had complained the HR for the same, but, as the HR was his friend so no action was taken. Thus, I had to leave the organisation.

      Flexible timings, no headache of punch-in punch-out, good infrastructure, smooth exit process, good salaries for lateral,

      Cons

      Not good for freshers, disgusting increments, not good projects in SAP, noy good for learning.
