      Pros

      You can get exposure to niche technologies even if you don't have a prior experience. Good for entry and mid level people. However excellent for people looking for long term at mid or senior level and if they can indulge in office politics.

      Cons

      Vendor centric approach as they will take one product and spend millions to get nothing as vision is not envisioned at the end and then they will try again... no checks on this by sr. management. mandatory shift coverage of 9:30 hrs. bad for ambitious people as your skills and aspiration may go for a toss if you side with a particular lobby.

      Pros

      Contracts with a lot of companies. If you're salary and contracting to company, they're strict about overtime. So work-life balance is okay because they discourage OT.

      Cons

      Communicating with managers and HR is difficult. Because the headquarter is in India, the process for anything takes a long time. They value their relationship with their customers but they undervalue their employees. Overall, the company is not a place I would recommend.

      - Horrible management - HR never respond to any requests, just ignores - PMs cannot handle any work related situation, unqualified - Compensation is way below market - Does not value employees - Horrible appraisal process, might take 6 months and no compensation/position change. Even if you got something, it will be few hundreds. - Keep feeding you with promises, but never actually do anything. - Not friendly working environment - All H1B just pretending to do job, but not actually working, super lazy and transfer responsibilities to others
