Pros
I love the ladies I work with, but feel I got lucky with that. I have been employed through Covid-19.
Cons
Does not treat women employees with the respect they deserve. Their main concern is their bottom line, not the welfare of their employees. Men take credit for women's ideas and pass them off as their own. All moves within the company are a lateral move with no raises. For a $7 billion/year company they do not give fair raises, if you get a raise at all. They drop your review score, even though the person that drops the score did not see any of the work you did through the year and does not have a clue what you actually do or how well you do it. But this is so they don't have to give you a raise even though you worked your hardest to get the job done effectively and efficiently.
