      Good place to work but horrible when it comes to bonus

      Pros

      Great work environment Provide basic amenities Have other events apart from work that help out at times when bored

      Cons

      HCL offices are always on the outskirts it really a pain to travel Bonus and performance increments are never good, you would get praises from your manager since its for free but never pay you for the amount of work you do. Always a lot of online training to complete but the training themselves are outdated. Honestly waste of time even doing them. Expectation to work long hours without any additional pay

      Salary disparity , zero annual increment , performance appraisals are for name sake , bonus is never paid, HR is pathetic and unresponsive, senior management has no vision and just running after meeting their numbers. Employee first and customer second company policy is unjustified. Racial discrimation among employees

      Pros

      Easy job, no complicated tasks. Possibility to talk to other employees across countries. Lots of coworkers to speak to can make a boring day fun. Adds a value to resume.

      Cons

      Having a working system is a miracle. Always something is broken. Not allowed to use your cellphone. Pushy management that wants metrics on point. No bonuses save for leaving "an hour early" "depending on the queue". No growth opportunities. Working in Christmas Eve. A LOT of unnecessary emails.
