Pros

1) Look at Cons for Pros to not join in this company 2) Even world politics can't compete with this company

Cons

1) Every delivery unit is only focused on the "BUDGET". They won't worry even if you're a top performer for a decade. You will not be promoted or your salary will never be raised. 2) Management is not worried about the employees. HR will never respond to the emails, he/she is 24x7 busy with their management works. They work only for the management not for employees. HRs are not fit to be a HR in this company, they can open beef shop and beef with public. 3) If you ask for a raise, they will say you to leave or give idiotic reasons 4) Their policy for compensation change says," Any changes in the compensation plan, including the bonus/incentive/commission plan, can only be made by the President & CEO or HR Manager." Ex: If you're getting 5LPA and want 2 bucks extra, you need CEO approval 5) Your manager will be getting lesser than you, if you're a fresher. 6) They will change the policy whenever they want. 7) If you're working for a client and if they want you or if you want to move, there is an agreement stating you shouldn't move. If you want to move, you need to fight with everyone in the company (including gate security). 8) All the employees who try to resolve your day to day queries are very knowledgeable to copy and paste some content from the existing policy as directed by the management. 9) They have exceptions for everything if you have top level managers approval. 10) If you want to live a poor life, choose this company. This company is not for developing employee, it's for developing company chairman's wealth. 11) 90 days notice period will never leave you to move to another company, there is a policy for buy back. But your managers or your business unit will never allow you to leave before 90 days. 12) Only top level guys will get promotion, you will do all the work for their promotion. 13) Their recruitment process is worst and their business model is worst. Overall Feedback: Don't work for an Indian based IT company, every company is same.

Not a Great Company to Work For

Pros

Large Company, with opportunities for training/learning. Okay benefits, with the exception of Vacation Leave (two weeks forever).

Cons

Treat employees like children. Performance reviews are forced to bell curve, meaning many people rated one or two levels below actual their performance level ... seems more tied to financials than actual employee performance. There is nothing an employee can do to improve their performance rating. Promotions are more for "status" than anything else and have little real value. A so called "Bonus" is forced on employees, which is based on performance review ... targets set with financial penalties, which most are not allowed to achieve. Like to put lipstick on the pig ... make everything sound better than it really is, such that even good things can be disappointing. Huge company with many "one size fits all" policies, often leading to silly outcomes. When employees are unsatisfied (and a large number are), it's put on low level managers, when the real problems are higher up. In some ways, HR seems to run the company, and is often non-responsive to queries.
