HCL is very bad decision to join.

Pros

Nothing much as compared to other MNCs. Can't find a way to say anything positive. Very good in fooling it's own employees.

Cons

Worst company policies and that also hidden. Worst company in terms of appraisals and yearly increment. Worst HR partners. Few don't know hr policies themselves. Work environment is like last place to work. Canteen is good for nothing. Management is always too busy in passing balls to each others court and can do anything if they like but when you request something - you will be shown bogus stinking so-called Policies.
