When it comes to work life balance, this is a place where you can look out for. That is it! But if you have other priorities in life like earning more, learning new things, getting exposed yourself to new trends and technology, wink at the name HCL, give it a smile and say, I dream big!
Cons
The company believes in EFCS, Employee First Customer Second philosophy. If you are holding onto one philosophy, its better you practice it. Pathetic payment, employee engagement, the so-called believe that they are doing big things. They are not ready to pay well to those employees who are good with technology and are experts and are even ready to let go. They will hire new resources with a salary package double to what the expert employee was being paid. This is one intelligent strategy which I never understood. Even after pointing this out to the Human Resources Department, they higher management never took an action. In fact, there was an indirect message which said, we do what we like. You better do not question!
