Pros
Joined as a fresher. Was in BIS. Loads of opportunities including onsite. Seniors are helpful.
Cons
Managers are biased at times. More projects in Chennai than Bangalore (BIS specific). The resource utilization team (WPC) is a big farce , they will always put resources in a skill set that they have no experience in it. Hikes depends on project budget (if profit good hike else meager hike but better than other Indian heavyweights like infy tcs). Almost all BIS projects are destined to be delayed and hence lots of pressure on developers/testers, managers will set unrealistic timelines without consulting developers.
