- Appraisal Process is not up to the mark. - Hikes are very bad - No Growth in Knowledge and Career Company’s policy "Employee First, Customer Second" is the mantra to fool us. worked there for 3 years, no growth nothing, you can learn some technology in a smaller company, but not here, you can’t grow, worked in the same project for 3 years, they didn’t even given me an opportunity to get on to another project, politics are there everywhere, but this company should be #1 in management politics, HR and the Project Managers are very close here, you can’t raise your concerns to HR, if you do, then the HR will pass it on to the project manager, then that’s it, you will get poor appraisal rating and you have to forget you career.
