All the managers are psychos and the clients just want to suck your blood. Unless you get a good project you are finished.

No hike at all in any project. Not giving right work to right person. No Variable Pay even after get good rating. Monthly payout Variable Pay also reduced based on the rating. When I join the company Monthly payout Variable Pay are not based on the performance after I joined 3 months later changed it to based on performance rating. Due to that they started detecting the amount from the salary.
