Dear employee, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We know there have been some recent changes within our Lead Generation Team regarding upper management but please know that while those decisions are never easy to make, they were not done without extensive investigation and research, with the continued prosperity of our Sales Team in mind. We take the feedback of our employees very seriously and are aware that to grow from here, we'll need the help and feedback of our Lead Gen Team to ensure we provide them with proper guidance. We recently held a feedback session for this team, where we openly discussed what they'd like to see from leadership in the future, and what we can provide moving forward to help them succeed after the recent changes. I hope you were able to attend this session! Overall, our goal is the growth of HCSS and we will continue to ensure all employees, both new and old, are presented with a positive environment for that growth.
