      Pros

      This company offers a great benefits package on top of the amazing culture that it maintains. The employees and customers alike are both a pleasure to work with. This company is very family oriented and works to ensure employees have a good work/life balance. I have never been surprised by management or the decisions they make since they are incredibly transparent.

      Cons

      The learning curve and interview process can be a deterrent for some applicants.

We have been working on defining a clear career path in support and are finalizing the different skill levels for each position.       Love my job, love the people I work with

      Pros

      I love my job. I enjoy working with my team and colleagues. You have to enjoy being a high performer to work at HCSS. Each employee is an owner, not just by word of mouth but in our actions as well. The wellness culture is great.

      Cons

      You have to be ready for ownership thinking. I can't say that's a CON entirely. It's a skill that not only benefits me while at HCSS but in future endeavors as well.

      Still A Great Company To Work At

      Pros

      When the original buyout occurred, a lot of our culture hit a low. That was not fun. But I can truly say that things have improved so much in the last couple of years. Also, we are still a hybrid workplace when others have cut that out, and it has been a great benefit to us. Other benefits have also been reinstated to some degree, which has also helped get us a little closer to what we were before. Kudos to the HR and Culture team for keeping things going, as well as all of the other teams and people who have helped so much.

      Cons

      While hybrid is definitely a HUGE plus, it can also have its effects on our culture. I guess you can call it a double-edged sword. Maybe we can work on improving that for those in and out of the office to keep that strong culture.
