Here is my list Lack of professionalism Horrible work life balance Cult like employees Pay is not up to industry standard The recent acquisition has slashed budgets across the company as a whole Great talent has left in herds for better opportunities The departments are all dependent on leadership, some are ran better than others but across the company, there is a lack of consistency and you can tell. A good example is the support department, you hear how the department is running through the grapevine but then when company wide emails are sent or announcements are made on how employees suffer due to the job, it puts things into perspective. The sad part is that this is business as usual for the company and the CEO is very open and always telling employees to find a better job if you are not happy. In his words “hcss is not a fit for you”. My advice if you consider employment here is to get the experience, and leave for a better opportunity asap. Also the culture is cult like.
