Pros

HCSS genuinely cares for its employees & their long-term career growth. When you get hired- it is mostly because they also see in you a potential to fit into a higher position in the next 4-5 years. The 'management' is accessible and welcomes interactions. All in all- a great place to learn & develop your professional persona.

Cons

Some teams maybe overloaded with work. Paternity & maternity benefits (days) can be better.

Lots of room for growth. Everyone is going to work to help you out in every way possible. The culture is also a HUGE plus.
