Thank you for continuing to be a part of the HCSS team and for taking your turn to provide 24/7 customer support to our customers. Customers (and your colleagues) appreciate our support team's commitment to answer the phone in 3 rings or less.

Pros

-Leadership that truly understands work/life balance. -Challenging work that keeps it from being monotonous. -Coworkers that are like best friends - everyone shares interests, hobbies and has a positive attitude. -Fat profit sharing checks every year based on a percentage of salary - fair for everyone, and rewards tenure over position.

Cons

None. If there are complaints, it's from people who have never worked anywhere else to know how good it is here.

Pros

I absolutely was unable to produce one positive thing to say about this company.

Cons

Lets start with their quasi-intellectual Wolf of Wall Street rip off interview process. They ask ridiculous questions that serve no relevance to the actual position and base their hiring decision off of that. They asked a scenario question where the applicant has to guess what the interviewer is thinking of while they are in a grocery store. Once you get the job if you make it past that process, they like to think of themselves like they're Google but it's actually a very small company with outdated software.

I am sorry for your experience. Your description of HCSS is uncommon, so we appreciate the time you took to share it with us. I regret you found no enjoyment during your three years at HCSS and we appreciate your contribution during that time to reach our annual company profit sharing bonus goal of 20% to 30% of salary. Many employees enjoy our stock ownership program, 24/7 fitness facilities, flexible work schedules, and many other unique benefits. As we continue to grow, we are fortunate to have so many great candidates enjoying the process that helps them become part of our company. Our interview process is multi-faceted. One aspect of the process includes scenario based questions that allow us to evaluate an individuals structured problem solving skills and decision making ability. As always, we will continually work to evaluate and improve our processes so the people we hire are a good fit who enjoy the work they do each day, their colleagues, and their work environment. Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions and thank you for three years of service at HCSS. We wish you the best in your next role.
