Wonderful campus - running tracks, gym, shower rooms, indoor games, trainer lead wellness programs during lunch hour Food - free fruits, nuts, soda, juice etc. Free lunch on fridays Open communication from management and respect for all employees

Cons

The interview process is a bit long with several stages. But this is really to make sure you fit in. Also being a medium sized company and with employee profit sharing everyone has a crucial role to play. But this is by mo means a high pressure workplace. Work hard and play hard and you will be fine here.
