The firm is deeply committed to supporting professional development—whether it’s through training, mentorship, or leadership opportunities, I’ve consistently felt invested in and encouraged to grow. Flexibility is also a standout. The firm truly walks the talk when it comes to work-life balance, offering hybrid options and a culture that respects personal needs and schedules.

Cons

Like any firm with a broad geographic footprint, there can sometimes be siloes between offices. But with so many locations to choose from and the ability to work cross-functionally, it’s more of a natural outcome of scale than a true roadblock. Collaboration continues to improve as the firm evolves.
