Great firm for staff and partners but not Managers.

Pros

Overtime pay was great but it ends as soon as you make manager. They will promote you fast if you are at least a decent performer. Good benefits.

Cons

Don't expect any work-life balance. You receive a pay cut when you make manager (I know several people with the same experience). Partners are quick to steal credit and not give you a bonus for new clients.

Pros

Salary is good, yearly bonuses based on your billable hours paid in July, Most managers are easy to work with. Partners are good guys (Should have more women though). Long hours but dinner is served and fun to hangout with everyone.

Cons

Technology is lacking, we seem to be wasting time on what the Partners need as opposed to streamlining processes. Upward evaluations are a waste of time. Training is not focused around technology to improve our lives.
