Pros
Pay and benefits are decent if you are a operations manager level and above. If external being hired with a wealth of experience pay can be negotiated well. Take advantage of good benefits to pay yourself more: 401K match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan 15% discount, Employee Perks Program (discounts on travel, phone bills..etc) and yearly stock bonus.
Cons
Some days require long hours. Usually the first week of a new month and especially if warehouse operations are not running smoothly. This delays transportation delivery drivers from start their routes earlier without overtime.
