fast paced environment shifts go by really fast because you are busy decent pay for what you do. disconnect between pickers and fork lift operators

Cons

standards some of the lazier people couldn't meet top performers get taken advantage of by having to do extra work no reward for hard work

The pay is not bad. Located in the middle of the county so, it has easy access, Used to be a subsidiary of Home Depot, don't think that it is anymore...

Cons

Bad hours. Now part of a National corporation, which, now has call centers all over the US, not just in SD anymore. Not enough training for first time call center employees.

Easy to move up. Not much else really.

Cons

Pay is low. IT is going through departmental changes and management doesn't what decisions they will make. They are in secret meetings constantly. It appears they are conspiring.
