      Been going downhill with no end in sight

      Pros

      Some of the peers are great and fun Although starting to show its age the facility is from before the company went downhill so it is nice

      Cons

      Low pay No real opportunities to grow The job descriptions seldom match the actual job tasks There is a feeling of cutting corners at every effort in all areas especially in the area of compensation The structure of the job descriptions does not allow for growth Management seems lost and uses buzz words to compensate

      A decent in between job

      lots of available hours to work, big company but ran like a small business which made it easier to move around and be more accomadating, worked around college schedule

      Cons

      bad management, Played favorites with employees, not very competitive salaries/wages, too much corporate involvement in day to day activities, was subject to corporate downsizing. I was hired as part time to basically replace the full timers.
