Pros

Team mates are great: supportive, helpful. Very flexible for working moms. Very good benefits. Great culture and people. The work can be fun and challenging.

Cons

Managers have no management training; tend to be hired by seniority, not talent managing people. Office politics can be a bummer. Omaha/HQ issues tend to take precedent.

Amazing work atmosphere, great teamwork, inclusive corporation. They do care about their employees. AMAZING benefits!!!

Cons

I am not an office/cubicle person, therefore this is not my forte. Much of the work can be completed from home. Offering 50/50 work from home program would help ensure a higher work morale.
