      Cons

      Work politics overload! Micro-managing at its finest. Lots of strong "Alpha" personalities wanting to be in charge which leads to conflicting directions causing confusion.

      Great employees and clients to work for. World class project opportunities for technical staff. Classy office space with lots of amenities.

      Cons

      The bigger we get the more requirements are put on project managers, however our pm tools have not kept pace with the management requirements. Be prepared to manually track your project and deliverables.
