      Pros

      ESOP, allows entrepreneurial activities if you stay billable, marketing machine and worksharing creates some opportunities.

      Cons

      Culture is destroyed. Stock performing poorly in recent years. Glorified sweat shop. Management in Omaha out of touch. Soulless place to work especially if you value work life balance. Preaches quality and integrity but does not walk the talk. CTO is overpaid clueless wonk.

      WORST EPC Firm I've experienced

      Pros

      They are very loose on their times and you can get away with alot. Benefits are good but small return with their ESOP.

      Cons

      Structure of the company. Management is not qualified to run EPC work and it shows with their completion of work, understanding of scope and process. If i was to write a book of how to not run a EPC company, I would hire HDR to be my main consulting for the novel.
