Employee owned - everyone is rewarded for companies success. Strong company culture - high values, high work ethic, integrity, team oriented, entrepreneurial. Very client focused. Highly ranked amongst our competitors.

-Great work/life balance -Supportive Management -Collaborative teams -Friendly people/good culture -Lots of internal movement available -Community involvement/Charities/Donations -Stong business outlook

Cons

The only downside of working at the Omaha HQ location is parking - but you just learn to live with it because the rest of the "pros" greatly outweigh this one "con".
