      Pros

      Good people who genuinely seem to want to do things right most of the time. The company is growing and there seems to be a generally positive outlook. Company stock performs very well.

      Cons

      Some areas need to be overhauled because of the rapid growth of the company. There are talented people leaving, that the company would like to keep, but they don't know what to do with.

      Amazing Company with Rich History

      Pros

      Too many to list. HDR is well run all the way up to the top. The higher ups do not have big egos and the corporate culture has wholesome roots out of Omaha. The work share that takes place is incredible and lends to more stability plus there is a strong work pipeline throughout the company. Employee ownership can't be beat especially with the growth that HDR has experienced since going employee owned. There is a nice mix of promoting from within but bringing in new talent when necessary. The growing international presence is exciting. HDR takes on some incredibly interesting large and complex projects.

      Cons

      I have yet to find a downside of working at HDR.
