very few cons. Just make sure you are told exactly who you will be reporting to and what will be expected of you. Sometimes when you get hired they don't really tell you the scope of your responsibilities and who are the different entities you will be reporting to. This can get very muddy.

The implementation of advertised values is lacking. There is little transparency and action when handling issues that may appear negative. For example, when completing company surveys, if your responses are perceived to be negative then you're told that your survey responses may not be included with the others. How helpful is that???
