      Pros

      The people at HDR make it what it is. The company is well run and one to be proud of. I worked there for 5 1/2 years and am sorry I left.

      Cons

      No cons. There were no disadvantages to the company. No company is perfect but they manage it well and I made a mistake leaving.

      Pros

      There are few Good men in architecture division and in some areas in the east. But most of the management in the headquarters are always behind saving themselves from getting sued and giving wrong services to clients. Also they don't want to give required service but just want money from client.

      Cons

      Management fires you for wrong reasons if they feel they want to lay you off. The company does not understand any situation. Management does not care about employees.
