      - Access to training - Life / Work balance is very good - Vacation time and Holiday time is good and generally easy to take - Sr. Managers are approachable and very smart

      Cons

      - Competitive culture: Limited projects can get political when working to stay utilized - Company seems run on utilization rates - More linkage between their superior Senior Management team with Mid Level Managers

      Pros

      Great projects that help people build their knowledge. If you try hard you will get rewarded and if you play along the big corporate game.

      Cons

      Sometimes too safe. Feels as if projects that are chosen have no risk involved in them, which can be a good thing as well, but it can make people a little less satisfied with their work

      Pros

      The company has a variety of clients which makes it a secure position. The oppurtunity to work on different type of projects is nice.

      Cons

      The mangagement does not promote from within the company. The different business classes do not share work, they prefer to keep it in house even if it's in a different area.
