      Pros

      Good benefits with a 401K match that you can't receive unless you work for the company for 3 years.

      Cons

      Hired for an hourly, more junior position but pressured into working more than 40 hrs to keep up with more demands. Senior management new in position and didn't have adequate knowledge to handle job. Inadequately trained staff were treated disrespectfully.

      Opportunities in a variety of fields. Great company culture. Offices all around the country. Employee owned. Access to training.

      Cons

      Great company all around. Some employees are not motivated and do not contribute to a motivated company culture. Does not have the highest pay.
