Pros
I can get involved with different economic projects within HDR Decision Economics. The work topic covers economic analysis on transportation/construction projects, regulatory impact analysis, cost escalation anlaysis and others. People get to use their economics skills in a wide variety of topics and this is a good environment to learn.
Cons
Don't get to travel and meet clients personally as economists lower than senior level. I think it will be great for mid-level economists to have more exposure to interacting with clients.
