      Good pay. Good benefits. Hybrid office.

      Cons

      more of a sweatshop mentality. Overworked. not enough staff. not even the right staff. young kids in this office. way to sales oriented. all about how many proposals you can bring in. horrible offices.

      Heapy has a great colleague first culture. Everyone is friendly and very collaborative.

      Not all processes and procedures are clear and standardized which can make things confusing at times for a new employee

      Close Knit and Well Run Operation

      Pros

      Close knit group, even though the number of engineers is in the hundreds. The company is very well managed. Lots of engineers with long tenures with the company and vast experience. There's a reason for that! Making efforts to be cutting-edge in design, tools, and approach.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Working in a satellite office has its drawbacks.
