Pros

Large Company – well funded & highly profitable Great Benefits – 401-k, bonus, health, etc. Positive Culture – many long-time team members and many who have left, have returned Growth Opportunities - for those who work hard and excel

Cons

Some jobs are demanding and you may have to put in the extra hours to get the job done. However, the variety of the work makes the days go by quick.

Cons

Lack of leadership has resulted in a complete breakdown in all aspects of business. Most importantly safety is not taken seriously. No action plan is in place, while management maintains they are doing s great job. Vertical integration is not only non-existent but dysfunctional. Divisions actually sabotage one another to eliminate their opportunity to bid on projects. No clear direction. Divisional leaders are micromanaged, but not to create ethical policy. Only to implement cost cutting.

Great people and EXCELLENT bonus and company time offered after year end filings. You learn a lot and get valuable on the job training

Cons

It's a large company run like a mom and pop; lots of hours expected from employees 50-60 hour weeks are common.
